How should I choose a size?
Use the measurements on the product page and compare them with something you already own. That is more reliable than choosing only by the size printed on the label.
Will the color look exactly the same on my screen?
We keep product images as accurate as possible, but screens and fabric texture can create small differences.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders dispatch within 3–7 business days. Busy launches and holidays can take longer. We will email tracking as soon as it becomes available.
Can one order arrive in more than one package?
Yes. Some items may ship separately. You will receive each available tracking number by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to supported destinations. Available delivery methods and charges appear at checkout. Your local authority may collect duties or taxes.
If something goes wrong
What if my item is damaged, incorrect, or defective?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review it and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
Can I change an address or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately. We will make a best effort, but changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.
