Common requests
Address correction
Send the complete corrected address immediately. A change is not guaranteed after processing begins.
Change or cancellation
Send the order number and requested change immediately. An order may no longer be editable once processing has begun.
Damaged or incorrect item
Report the issue within 30 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the full item, the problem, and the shipping label when relevant.
Tracking has not moved
Carrier scans can pause or appear late. Include the order number and tracking link so we can review the shipment history.
Marked delivered but missing
Check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, parcel lockers, and local carrier. Then contact us with the order number and any carrier case number.
